“Algarve Concept is owned and run by Natasha Jones Costa and we have known Natasha and used her services for several years. When we were buying our house here in the Algarve, Natasha was very happy to liaise with the local Estate Agencies to arrange viewings, and once we had made an offer on a property she was valuable in helping us open bank accounts, find a solicitor, get fiscal numbers and any number of other tasks that come up when buying a Portuguese property.
Since then, Natasha has acted as facilitator and/or project manager on a variety of building and development projects including replacing a bathroom and a large roof maintenance project that included the installation of a velux window.
Natasha has many years' experience of working in property and tourism related industries and has built up a vast array of reliable tradesmen and useful contacts in the Western Algarve. I have known Natasha professionally for around 15 + years. First when she was a manager of villas where I was the rental agent when I had my high end villa business in Portugal. More recently, when returning to one of those villas (not now commercially rented out) as a guest.
Natasha has some unique attributes.
1. Excellent at dealing with customers (paid rentals, villa owners or their personal guests). 2. Highly responsive and, indeed innovative, at dealing with the inevitable issues that arise in villas/apartments when not 100 pc lived in. 3. Diligence in terms of looking after homes and paperwork in terms of bills, highlighting maintenance issues etc (which is just what a home owner needs).
After all these years working with her I cannot recommend her highly enough to either owners who want peace of mind with their properties or anyone wanting her help dealing with anything from the local health centre to checking with the Camara on local matters. There are many who say they are bilingual (either English mother tongue with good English or vice versa with passable Portuguese). Natasha is rare. Her written and spoken communications are flawless between the two languages. If my own second home wasn't in Spain I would employ Natasha to look after it like a shot.

"Natasha has taken care of my apartment since 2020 and she has never disappointed me. She takes great care to not only look after the apartment with airing and making sure the water runs etc. but also organizing builders, cleaners, painters, and everything else you might need.
I find her very easy to approach and I never hesitate to ask for her help. She is courteous, honest and fun to deal with. It is remarkable how many things she has already solved for me.

"Finding Natasha has been a life saver! Natasha has been doing a variety of tasks for me over the past few months including general admin, dealing with vendors, translations and communicating with the Câmara and other government entities. Every task was handled quickly and professionally - she kept me informed throughout with regard to the progress of tasks and took things, ran with them and delivered. I had a backlog of tasks that were primarily dealing with the Câmara, EDP, etc, that I had put off due to the bureaucracy and also my lack of Portuguese.
